Dropbox says that its family plan enables different family members to have their own separate account, all of which are paid via a single plan. The new plan accommodates up to six members within a family, plus 2TB of storage that could be simultaneously used to share photos, videos, PDFs and Google Docs under an individual shared folder known as Family Room.

Each member of the plan will also gain access to several existing features, including Dropbox Passwords, Dropbox Vault and Computer Backup. The Passwords app will allow family members to create and store account details across devices, while the Vault provides enhanced security for sensitive files. Lastly, Backup will automatically sync folders from a PC or Mac. If you wish to subscribe to the plan, the price is US$203.88 (~RM845) for a yearly subscription or a monthly fee of US$19.99 (~RM82.86).
