The 2019 Emmy nominations were announced in July and Game of Thrones received a staggering 32 nods. Not only is that a huge number, but it also breaks the all-time record of most Emmy nominations won by a TV show in a single year. Earlier today, the winners of the 2019 Emmys were announced and Game of Thrones once again took home the biggest prize of the award show — Outstanding Drama Series. The show also received this award in 2015, 2016 and 2018. Apart from that, Peter Dinklage, once again bagged the Primetime Emmy for Best Supporting Actor (his fourth win) setting the record for the most Primetime Emmy awards for a supporting actor in a drama. The highly talented actor, who plays Tyrion Lannister in the hit series was nominated a whopping eight times for his role. In a heartwarming speech, the actor said:
